Benjamin Nolan-Stone is an experienced UK entrepreneur and advisor with more than 20 years in leisure resort development, operations, and ownership. Over the last two decades, he has held senior board roles with leading UK operators, helping scale resort and holiday portfolios and successfully raising and structuring tens of millions in private equity, debt facilities, and project finance.
Having worked across the full lifecycle of real-asset businesses — from development and funding to operations and exit — he brings a practical, commercially grounded understanding of what makes projects successful.
Now based in the UAE, Benjamin focuses on connecting high-quality opportunities with aligned capital partners, leveraging relationships built across both regions.
